The principle and stated reason President Bush kicked saddam's ass into a hole in the ground. The Congress of the United States voted saddam was a dirtbag and dangerous and he should be taken out. The Congress enumerated a long list of justifications on why saddam should be taken out. Are you so dumb you have still not read the joint resolution authorizing the President? Are you so dumb you still don't understand the legal operation of the United States Goverment. When it's written down it's real. Talk from foolish talking heads has little legal value. That's the way the world works.
