Amy, I felt very uncomfortable seeing that item targeted.

Oh, that item is indeed being targeted all right ... by Democrats who want to accuse Arnold of being "insensitive" to the blind and disabled. I'm pretty confident of this because of how people are assuming the entire budget cuts are being put on the "backs of the disabled." What a crock.

As I said before, $138M is hardly anything compared to the $14B that needs to be cut. Maybe Arnold should restore the $138M for the blind and disabled, and cut that much more from other programs, such as worker's comp. (Oh wait, you said the cuts are already from worker's comp. Funny how the news doesn't report that.)
