Kenneth, that is not the reason. I previously stated the main cause (dont you read my posts?) which is switch over of Refineries to heating oil production (we have very limited refining capacity anymore), second reason is Bush is stockpiling gasoline beyond what some think is necessary but I am withholding judgement till I find out if there is a reason for same. jdn
