I don't see how Iraq was a problem at all. They have never been a threat to us. Clinton as well as Bush have used Iraq for political purposes. Clinton used it as a bogeyman to deflect attention from scandals. Bush uses it to deflect attention from not catching Bin Laden, and the weak economy.
