Glad to hear the diet is working so well.

Cigarettes are my demon also. I was glad to go back to work after the holidays. I was smoking way too much being off work.

That's wonderful!

I tried it 10 years ago but couldn't stay on it because I needed more carbs then they recommended at the time. Also, there wasn't much out there in the way of pre-packaged food.

I started again on the 4th and have been doing great. In two months, I'll get my blood work done again and am anxious to see how it is.
