JS, hopefully he would inform those American Corps in process of offshoring jobs to 3rd world, that they will have tax incentives revoked and inform as well those American cos NOT offshoring jobs that they will become eligible for increased tax credits for every new job created in USA. Some incentive program is required in order to reverse the trend. Between outsourced middle class jobs & flood of immigration for low-wage jobs, the average American's quality of life is deteriorating. Employers have been granted 100% control of wage scale & benefits while workers receive nothing but pink slips. GW Bush had better address the problem or he will be cutting wood permanently on Texas ranch.
