jim, i am kicking myself in the ass for NOT buying when my son gave us our first dvd player and inside was this ad for a company named netflix....that was 2 years ago !!!!....damn, i thought it was a great idea and signed up for the service but never bought the stock....oh, well....live and learn.... don't know anything about their customer base but your idea is a good one....the trailers at their website is good but i don't know if that adds to the bottom line. just have to wonder how long this type of technology will last. good luck and happy new year....go nflx and go nas, dow, and any other stock index...gg
