Don't call "WMD FOUND!" over mere artillery shells.

I guess the artillery shells are "mere" until they land within 50 feet of you. In addition to these 'mere" shells, Hussain has buried the Russia's latest MIG fighters under ten feet of sand. They sure as hell can deliver WMD.

The U.S. owns artillery shells with tactical nuclear weapons as warheads. But you're right, they are just mere artillery shells. Who cares.
