ICGE .49 x 50 with .53 hod- moving up - hopefully not just due to UAXS.

ICGE - 37 ask - gets a STRONG buy
My guess is volume on way down was 1/2 of up volume
The chart shows very nice support 36 or so
earnings coming
Pop to 45 at least within next 2-3 days
