Yes, they will. And historians will also note, if forced to do a comparative, that Kennedy's irresponsible action caused the death of one; whereas Bush's irresponsible action has caused the death of many.

Back when Bush had his OUI, do you think that it was possible that he, too, could have killed someone while driving under such a condition?
