Yes, he did have an OUI,(was it OUI or DUI then?) what year was that? Did he pay for it? What year did he stop drinking at all? Had he killed a person, I would have said(as I have always said) that I believe vehicular manslaughter is tantamount to murder, in my IMO. In fact, I believe Janklow should be charged with murder. Even though he was not drinking, his past record and disregard for others is/was pitiful. But, then Kennedy never admitted to the truth, did he? and he DID kill a girl, didn't he...not what if.....
