This says nothing about record keeping for wmd destruction -- nothing at all. It is the record keeping of a system that used violence against its citizens as its primary means of controlling society. WMD disposal record keeping does not figure into this report in any way.

Good pun and everything, but this perpetual "your hero" business from W suckups is getting tedious. Under conventional logic, skeptics are usually considered more prone to independent thought than true believers are.
