Can you name the place? Actual forecast! Today: Continued bitterly cold. Very windy with a mix of clouds and sun. Extreme wind chills approaching -80F expected. High -19F. NW winds at 50 to 70 mph, increasing to 70 to 90 mph. Tonight: Very windy and becoming cloudy late. Cold. Extreme wind chills as low as -90F possible. Low -36F. Winds NW at 60 to 80 mph.
