Yes, the facts do show that K12 math is better in India than USA.

Fortunately, our Universities are better (thank goodness.) Because they are competition based, unlike K12.

That's a valid point and one I agree with. Thank you for pointing it out. It needs to be competitive based, like Univerisites are. Otherwise, we end up offshoring because the supply isn't sufficient during booms.

Why? Their K12 math is better than ours.
