Yeah? That is because the e gets bigger during "cyclical peak revenues", whatever that means.

But, and I don't wish to seem dense here, but if intel keeps up at this earnings RATE, wont they be at about a p/e of 15?

That is the problem. Multiples usually decline when approaching cyclical peak revenue and earnings.

If you think we're nearing a peak in earnings, then sell. I think we're just at the beginning of the cycle. I'll hold.
