When I got married, my new wife brought to our union a steamer trunk full of 45's from the 50's and early 60's. When I was discharged from the USAF and we settled down in civilian life, we dug them out for the first time in over two years... sad to say, they were all warped beyond saving. I never had much luck saving stuff. Two years ago, I threw away several magazine collections (some more than 20 years - automobiles, computers); I tried to donate them to a Library and then to a Jr College I had attended, but they had no use for them. Now they are decomposing in a landfill in California. Chas (I do collect bills, though)
