I don't agree the definition has been corrupted. The market has been influenced by easy credit, true. But the prices people are paying for homes are the prices AND reflect the current value of those homes, period.

I submit it is nonsense for anyone to sit back and proclaim real estate "overvalued" when the market is saying otherwise. The market determines value.

Some people like to argue with the market on threads like this one, but they don't change the definition.
