Defense Inflation, a article in February 20004 popsci.com looks like The home land security blimp is got ECDs solar panels written all over it. ECD is not mentioned in the article but "it walks like a duck". The blimp should be flying in 2006. Its on Page 42. I have the magazine subscription so I didn't get any info off the web site. Starting on page 48 theirs a article by Carl Zimmer explaining the research at Duke University lab. It suggests "we,ll soon be able to move artificial limbs , control robotic soldiers, and communicate across thousands of miles-using nothing but our thoughts." I found this article interesting in how the research has brought the under standing brain technology to this point. The article explains the research of using brain to operate machinery. Easier read in helping to understand brain technology and about neuron functions.
