I think the portfolios are well implemented and add to discussions. Closing prices would be fine for me.

It would also be nice to have a small amount of internally linkable file storage space for posting photos, graphics and the like that are not linkable from the web.

I'd think good quality and chart tools here on SI would be very attractive to some big sponsors. Yahoo sure gets it done. Commercials and ads all over the place. Seems to me that good quality data resources here would improve the stickiness of the site.. ?
