WASHINGTON, Jan 13 (Reuters) - A federal appeals court on Tuesday overturned a Bush administration decision to weaken energy-efficiency standards for new air conditioners, a move which could save American consumers $20 billion and avoid the need for up to 200 new electricity plants by 2030.

Aw, Cheney promised his coal and energy buddies that we would need a new power plant a week, preferably coal, for the next 10 years, in his secret energy meetings. That's why they gave him huge campaign contributions, ain't it? Those damn courts. They want to ruin everything!
