Yeah, I remember that early-on period where FOXnews had its paid military analysts boasting what America's military campaign would look like: "We've got the Turks to the north, the Jordanians to the west and the Saudis and Kuwaitis from the south..." As if no nation in the region really mattered, they were there for our bidding.

All the above in concert with fake coalition forces. In the end, it turned out more like a Big Two Alliance than anything else. We did, however, probably waste lots of US taxpayer dollars so we could add additional small country names on our coalition of the willing list. Indeed, Turkey was supposed to be a 'sure bribe!'
