As much as I hate ameritrade, its not them, its the marketmakers.

They are allowed to screw the public on otcbbs and pinksheeters and they do it.

Sarbanes Oxley only HURT the little guys.

OTC BB - marketmakers are not subject to the show or fill rule. They don't have to show your bid or offer and don't have to fill it. They only have to provide real bids or offers and to honor these for specified periods in specified amounts. That's the major difference in OTC BB and Nazdaq.

On the other hand, this makes manipulation by traders who like to "spoof" more difficult on BB.
