During the Reagan years, I was visiting a brother in law and his wife. I was talking about how much better things were and I must have said something wrong, because my sister in law gave me a real stern look and told me I better not say anything bad about JFK.

Yeah, there's a long list of screw ups that family is directly associated with but for some reason, most people don't like them mentioned.

The Kennedy family as a whole have done some great things for this country but, they've also done harm as well. No ones perfect, I understand that. I also know this country doesn't need a "royal family" nor do we need "do as I say not as I do" crammed down out collective throats.
