In an open convention, Sharpton would have an early advantage. In a convention that runs to a dozen ballots-the anti-American lefties would be spilling blood in the streets of Boston, and the ultimate resulting nomination would be a footnote.

Meanwhile, the nasty-minded WH sends out Mitch Daniels to discredit O'Neil. Ooops. Mitch then admits that he cannot even remember what happened last Wednesday much less what happened in meetings years and months before.

LOL. He also admits that, even though he had a standing meeting to discuss the budget with Shrubbery, he frequently gave up his time. Guess Shrubbery had nothing to say about the budget. Shrubbery has to be the laziest and most disengaged President in recent history, no wonder Rove and Cheney keep him tightly under wraps.
