Marietta Daily Journal Staff Writer MARIETTA - Former Army Gen. Wesley Clark is the leading choice among Georgians for Democratic presidential candidate, according to a poll conducted last week by InsiderAdvantage. In the poll, Clark garnered 12 percent of the vote in Georgia, edging out both former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean, who is considered the front-runner nationally and who received 11 percent of the vote, and the Rev. Al Sharpton with 7 percent of the vote. Georgia has an open primary, meaning that voting is not limited by party affiliation. The poll surveyed 300 likely voters and has a margin of error of plus or minus 6 percent.
