Valid point. Though, if we trashed the environment, we may have more blind and disabled than what we already have, over time. I guess you didn't hear about the MTBE leaks in the Bay Area? Thought that was scarier than mad cow, though no word about the potential consequences of this from the media --- maybe it was a topic discussed before I moved into the Bay Area?
