NEW YORK, March 2 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks to watch:
GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. (NYSE:GE - News)

GE has about $5.3 billion of exposure to bankrupt airlines, the U.S. conglomerate said on Monday in its annual report.

Separately, GE Chairman Jeff Immelt told shareholders on Monday after the stock market close that the company's revenue in Eastern Europe, Russia and war-torn Iraq should more than quadruple to $5 billion in 2005 as it modernizes railroads, floats consumer loans and rebuilds power grids. Shares closed at $32.79.
