Thanks for the report on Wash DC. It contains a number of incongruous remarks, however, such as.......

References to low population growth, poor economic conditions, continued restraint in government spending (say what?).......

Did agree with the recommendation to "buy properties for the long-term"---that's good advice at any time. Wonder if the writer ever recommends that people buy them for the short-term?

Also, thanks for the other report showing "overpriced" areas. Noted many of them seem to be in California.
