Chris, first they will bust those trades, which is what just about always happens when a player takes it in the shorts like that. The obvious thing is the merger wasn't too big a secret, but insider info is insider info... I mean no one in their right mind would have been buying those out of the $ low volatility calls so close to expiration unless they knew something, and even then their greed got the better of them, as they had to know this trade would stand out like a sore Cheney...
