Brazil has great beaches and weather. But their fingerprinting Americans(ONLY) ,with no purpose whatsoever other than being annoying, is most counterproductive. Hotels and restaurants are the first to lose out of this. The delay at airports were as long as 9 hours at first. I figure it's down to 1-2 hours. Those records are thrown away likely because they don't even have enough space to keep the data on their dangerous criminals anyhow. It might help one's ego though.
