The idle rich benefit mostly from the Bush tax cuts.
They get estate tax cuts (the huge one so rich heirs get richer and never have to work), dividend and capital gains (which might be the only klow taxes they have to pay if they dont have a salary) plus the top bracket is down as well, and tax loop-holes have not been eliminated, nor the IRS beefed up. Meanwhile the poor working stuff gets 35-40% taken right out of his paycheck and there's not a damn thing he can do about it. Maybe he gets a partial reimbursement later but maybe not. Yes he gets some tax help for having kids, which we all agree on, but he also gets stuck with the debt and gets lower services across the board. That my friend is trickle-down, and proof is doesn't work is the 60 billion in deficit spending last month and booming stock market but only 1000 jobs were created, 20 for each state in the union. Bush's tax cuts are strictly for the COuntry Club set.

Your comments about the "rich" or "idle rich"
are also the usual rhetoric ultra liberals
use as narcotics for the base of voters they're targeting.

Yes, Paris and Nicky Hilton work. They do runways and reality tv shows. Excuse me, if I say I am not impressed.

The inheritance of every rich brat should be cut in half and the balance given to the gov't......before taxes. That would take care of the budget deficits.
