And I certainly never thought I would live to see the day when I would hear an argument about how well-travelled people lie in embassies, bring smallpox, and smash monuments Gosh. Your education is certainly highly deficient. I suggest you read, just for starters, the history of the Spanish in South America. Other than the lying in embassies, you will see how much damage these well traveled folks did to the indigenous populations and their monuments. Just for starters, of course. As to lying in embassies, if all your vast travels have made you believe that diplomats in embassies don't lie, well, so much for the benefit of travel.
