I don't see it, Bill.

Series Id: LNS13000000
When I turn on the graphing option at the BLS site, for the Seasonal Adjusted (Seas) Unemployment Level (16 years and over), I see a steady and sharp trend DOWNWARD from 1/93 to the end of '00.

Sharp climb & trend reversal by 1/01... and by mid '03 we are back to where we were in '93.

Series Id: LNS12300000
When I graph the Seasonal Adjusted (Seas) Employment-Population Ratio (16 years and over) I see a climbing percentage of the population employed --- from 61 1/2% to 64 1/2 % --- from 1/93 mostly through 1/01.

By year-end '03 we have dropped our 'employed percentage' to what it was in 1/94.

Go back even further, and you see the terrible Bush I years... and the graphs display a repeating pattern.
