I find that too many folks are intentionally ignorant to facts & reality that stand in stark contrast to their faulty, inflexible POV. Any excuse will do to avoid facing cold hard reality that exposes their POV to the real possibility that it is completely wrong. The passages & highlighted from UN Resolution 1441 were pertinent to my reply to your "status quo" comment. They remain that way whether you read them or not.
