not true at all, US Postal has gone overboard to initate new scanning and testing measures to detect Anthrax and similar agents.........

On point you are correct Chemical and Biological Terrorism is much more dangerous and insideous than blowing up buildings..........thankfully the bad guys, worldwide, lack the degree of sophistication required to carryout a CBW attack or we would all be in a world of hurt and pain.
Saddam Hussein was working on several dispersal methods, as in Scud missle, in the 1990s and into the 2000s, one of the reasons he was considered a serious threat to the entire Middle East........if we hadn't shortened his reign of terror and threat then it was just a matter of time before he would have been taken out by Israel or Jordan, Syria, Iran, SA or someone of his neighbors, he and his sons had become a serious liability to the Middle East and it had become obvious.

regards

How come your crack sleuths have swept it all under the rug?

If the Bush administration let the sleuths go after the real story, it would have pointed to something else other than Saddam. But this Administration held back the sleuths, since by doing so, their concocted stories of Saddam, WMD etc. etc. would prevail. And then that would be enough of an excuse to oust Saddam.

There is a reason Gen. Wes Clark has said that Congress must investigate the circumstances leading to the war. The huge propaganda machinery drove fear into the minds of the people so that Bush could conveniently declare war. Now, let us wait and see what happens to the Haliburton investigation. There is intense effort ongoing in Washington to cover up the Haliburton scandal of overcharge to the US Govt. The investigation results will be explosive for Bush before the elections. Stay tuned.

Matt Drudge, are you listening? why don't you have a report out on this as you do on others.
