Liar. The Presidency does not work that way... Kenneth would like us to believe every action in the US goes through Bush first. Absolutely false and totally unreasonable.

We know two of those things is and this is probably why you aren't as successful as you would like. Yes Bush is the President and the IRS is auditing the organization with non-transparent books. You have a problem with audits where fraud is suspect? Have you lost your objectivity or are you losing your mind. Not one of those statements is accurate or supportable by you. Bush is in charge. It is his IRS who is auditing the Nature Conservancy. We know that Bush hates environmental protectionists. Bush may be President, but don't attribute the Clinton abuses of IRS to others. That was a very unusual administration and I don't think you have to fear Clinton Type abuses of that agency any longer.
