The right of the pursuit happiness is mentioned in the Declaration, the others are not. Your atheist friends might have a hard time with the genesis of these rights.

Make note ole liberal friend that it isn't the government that established these rights. The declaration of Independence merely recognizes that all men are
created equal and endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights, among which are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness
and states what the government needs to secure such rights.

The Declaration does not promise us the right to pursue happiness. It merely declares this an innate natural right. It makes no such declarations concerning health insurance and peanut-butter samiches because we do not generally have the natural right to require others to buy products for ourselves. (duh)

I marvel that this is even a point of contention in our country. Yall have lost your sense of reason - if you ever had it...
