UN Resolution 1441 was the last relevant ruling. It
encompassed the Gulf War Cease Fire Agreement. Resolution
1441 noted that the cease fire was contingent upon Iraq's
complete, immediate & unconditional cooperation.

Saddam chose to ignore all 17 UN Resolutions for more than
12 years. He chose to accept war rather than comply.

No wonder no one other than extremist liberals continue to
make this false assertion.
