More on Saddam's rights

A while back there was an article in the BMJ about supposed violations of Saddam's rights to confidentiality as a patient, because of the screening of video footage by the US forces. I was going to chip in, but being neither an Iraqi or a doctor I decided not to, although I am covered by my own professional ethics which have equivalent rules of confidentiality. Since then, it has been gratifying to see Iraqi doctors posting on the subject and making points that middle class Westerners will find hard to rebut.
