You could clearly see their arms, empty of weaponry, waving in the air. Two of 'em walked across the street looked into some kind of a cauldron that certainly didn't appear as a weapon. One of 'em turned around and halfway back across the road he got blown to smitherines. Next, the gunner took out the guy hanging out near the cauldron. The third guy, seeing his buddies blown up, tried to hide behind a truck. The gunner took out the position he was hiding at. Next you seem him seemingly wounded crawling across the ground. At this point the gunner blew him up to smitherines.

And they were wearing shorts and a t-shirt--hardly what I'd call weapons.

Yes, you can say this is war. But those were three unarmed me--the copter could have landed and captured them, don't you think?
