JJ -- I think it mighta been SNDK that Jerry was saying was NOT a short into earnings.

I can definitely see your take there, and that candle it had on Tuesday doesn't seem to be one it likes (see the last two tops). That said, shorting stocks that jump up 2-3 points on upgrades is just way too harrowing for me, and stocks that actually have strong earnings (whether overvalued or not) never thrills me.

If you really wanna play it, look at "baby SNDK" LEXR. Besides being cheaper, my guess is that if SNDK disappoints, LEXR will be totally crushed. It's chart looks worse, too, and might be an indication that SNDK's upmoves are all based on upgrades and such.
