Hi scott,

I think I know why McGovern publicly endorsed Clark. There has been so much talk of Dean being like another McGovern.. Mr. McGovern, being the statesman he is and putting the country ahead of his own ego, "supposedly" endorses Clark to distance himself from Dean.. Just a ploy to help put to rest the Dean/McGovern association..
