He was an oil analyst familiar with how Bush created his first million. Even the Republicans know to avoid this topic. On an unrelated note, do you know what Bush's net worth is currently and what he is invested in? A ball park range. I'm of the impression his wealth hasn't gone anywhere during his presidency, which could speak well of his past four year financial behavior in terms of avoiding personal conflicts of interests.
