It doesn’t seem to have done us any great harm, whatever it might have been.

The clinton technology transfer to China vastly improves the Chinese all-weather strike bombers and missiles.
You no longer read about regular Chinese missile launch failures.
And it terribly complicates any missile defense system we want to deploy.
And of course, we don't know for certain what all the new Chinese space shots are carrying.

This illegal data transfer of top secret info was no accident. It was documented as having been done 123 times during Clinton's time in office. This giving away of some of our best defense secrets was a regular and routine happening.
