kholt,

That term describes perfectly those "old geezer capitalists" who refuse to see the harm multi-national corps & free traders have wreaked on Main St, USA in past few yrs. Their "all free trade is fine trade" slogan should instead be "all free trade makes my portfolio more valuable" because that's closer to the truth. They are fundamentalists in the same way binLaden is one. He defends his "beloved fundmentalist lifestyle" in much the same way capitalist fundamentalists protect their ability to get richer at expense of average American worker. In both cases those who become the victims are considered necessary sacrificial lambs.
