I think you speculate on an item you could not possibly know unless you are in the treasury department or you know O'Neil. Funny that rock boy "thinks" that O'Neil will end up voting for someone else.

You guys are quite the spinmeisters. Must be nice to use speculation to formulate your views. No need to know anything.
