One only needs to visit China & India and ask themselves what is more humanistic - starving children or less children? I wouldn't be surprised to see ACLU change their opinion to acceptance of moderate population control. In fact, isn't the ACLU fighting the Bush Admin for exactly that right in India (apparently Bush banned some birth control funds into India.) Even in the USA... when I visited my parents the previous month, it looked like the overall city keeps going downhill. So many children without parents, huge drug raids even in the very good parts of town. Responsible population control is a better option. Regards, Amy J
