I know of an ATTY who was pontificating about various things. Finally when he was through I asked him if his $400,000 tax lien and if his public reprimand made him less than perfect. He was very angry that he had been embarrassed and found to be one that had been fired from his previous job...not a very good atty...and he lost focus thereafter. lyning and libeling Kenneth E. Phillipps is a REAL scandal. Any person who claims to be a member of the bar and lies and libels others as you have is a scandal.
