It's a myth the deficit problem can be solved by spending cuts alone. It will require both spending cuts and tax increases. A Republican Congress and Republican President will not effectively deal with this problem.

What do you mean why don't the politicians mention it? It's a taboo subject now. The ones who control the politicians say so. You really think we still have a two party system? We don't. It's a controlled show, for us. But the shadow government controls both sides. Americia is finished as we knew it.
