mcg404,

The fact we have only 2 political party choices places us between the infamous rock & hard place since I agree that neither party wants to address flood of illegals negative effect on national wage scale for middle class. They're both pandering for Spanish vote; however, most employers are Republican. They are GW Bush's campaign contributors so would we not be wiser to support Democrats & insist they enforce illegal law once in office OR ELSE we will vote in Repub in 2008. Pre-election period is only time American voter has any influence with Wash DC. We need to use our leverage as voters to force congress to address immigration crisis. Many in congress are up for re-election. Email your reps & state your intention to vote for their opponent if they do not both stop Pres Bush's almost-amnesty proposal & help border patrol enforce illegal laws.
